On 12th August 2026, the EU’s Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) replaces the old Packaging Directive, and applies directly across all 27 member states. As a result, The Window will no longer be in a position to accept orders from EU countries.

We also do not currently ship to the USA. The cost and regulations surrounding the shipping of international orders has led us to make the difficult decision to restrict orders to the UK at the present time. This will be reviewed as and when world trading conditions change. As a small business, we are simply not able to compete in the global market amidst spiralling costs and ever-increasing bureaucracy. We would like to express our sincere apologies to all customers around the world.
